Do you have a store I can visit to view your online products?
Our Styling Boutique in Mosman, Sydney hosts a curated collection of our new arrivals, much loved and classic pieces for newborns up to size 16 for both boys and girls. Please contact us to enquire about specific online items you are interested in as not every item or size featured on our website is available to preview or try on in store. Please note that ‘online exclusives’ sold on our website are not available to preview at our Mosman, Sydney store.

I'd like to visit the Styling Boutique, do I need an appointment? 
Our Styling Boutique in Mosman, Sydney is open by appointment only. Please see here for further information on our Styling Boutique and how to book an appointment. 

I’d like to browse your collection before booking a fitting, do I still need to schedule an appointment? 
We welcome you to browse our collection online and via our social pages. Should you wish to browse our Mosman, Sydney Styling Boutique we offer a 20 minute browsing appointment where a Stylist will meet with you to briefly discuss your event and talk you through our collection. Please note, not all styles and sizes featured online are available to preview at the boutique. If there is a particular style or size you are interested in, we recommend you discuss with a Stylist at the time of booking your appointment. 

Can I try garments on my child at the Styling Boutique?
If there is a particular style or size you are interested in, we recommend you discuss with a Stylist at the time of booking your appointment as not all styles and sizes featured online are available to preview or try on at the boutique.

When you have made a style decision we will make every effort to fit your child in the closest style and size for a fitting reference point. If the exact size required is not available at our boutique we will work on measurements to recommend the best size to be ordered in for you (subject to stock availability).

Please note, due to the delicate nature of our Christening and heirloom collections, with many items being one-off unique pieces, it will not be possible to try these particular items on when making a decision between different styles. Especially in the case of young babies, garments can become easily soiled and they would not be hygienic or fit to display or sell with repeated wear. We appreciate your understanding and we will of course assist with your decision between styles when you visit us- usually a good idea of the look of the garment on your child can be achieved by holding up the garment closely to your child and we can also direct you to images of similar garments being worn by children of a similar age when you visit us. Once a style decision has been made our experienced Stylists will guide you through the fitting process to ensure the best size is selected for your order.

I’ve tried to call the boutique and only hear a voice message, how do I get in touch?
During our regular business hours we are never too far away. When our phone lines are busy we are often assisting other customers, so we kindly ask you to leave a voicemail indicating your name and contact details. I cannot visit the boutique within your usual trading times, can I book an out of hours appointment?
Stellina Cute Couture offers out of hours appointments (subject to availability) upon request. An out of hours fee applies to any appointment made outside our regular operating hours, however this fee can be credited towards any purchase you make on the day of your appointment. I’ve tried to contact you on social media private / direct messaging or have asked a question on a post, why have I not received a response?
For all product enquiries and pricing information we always recommend contacting the boutique directly to ensure you are provided with the most current and accurate information. One of our Stylists is always on hand within our usual trading hours and more than happy to assist. Please find our contact details here 

How far in advance should I start the purchase process?
Due to the rapid growing rates in young children we advise to begin the fitting process no more than 14 weeks in advance for clothing and 6 weeks for shoes and accessories. Please contact the boutique here for further information.

Can I visit the boutique with a large party?
At the time of booking your appointment we kindly request you notify us in advance if you intend to visit the boutique with more than four accompanying adults. A suitable appointment time will be offered for larger parties. For large groups of children requiring to be fitted in store we kindly request only one supervising adult per child attend your appointment to ensure we are able to provide you with our best possible service. 

How can I shop from overseas or interstate?
We love helping customers from all over the world and are happy to assist either by phone or email. Our website and social media pages are a comprehensive snapshot of our in-store collection. Please see our ‘Style Consultation’ page here for further information.

What are Online Exclusive items?
Our collection of ‘Online Exclusives’ garments and accessories has been curated to feature a range of on-trend favourites which are available to purchase through our online e-boutique only. We do not display samples in store to preview, however should you have any questions regarding these items we recommend you contact the boutique directly here.

Am I able to take photography at the boutique?
We kindly ask that no photography to be taken throughout your visit to our Styling Boutique. Should you require images please discuss with your Stylist who can assist you.

Help! I need an item fast and would like to purchase from items which are available immediately or off the rack. Can you offer this?
We certainly can. Our collection features some garments and accessories which are available immediately or within a short order timeframe. Please let one of our Stylists know your occasion date so they can assist accordingly. If you are making an online purchase for a closely approaching event date we always recommend contacting the boutique directly before you make a purchase to confirm stock availability. How do I know my order is on track to arrive before my event?
At the time of purchase you will be advised an estimated delivery date into the store which will be indicated on your invoice. Should your event date change we kindly advise you contact the boutique as soon as possible to discuss options available to you. Please see our boutique contact details here.

How do I know when my items have arrived into store and do I need to book an appointment to collect?
You will be notified once your ordered items are ready to be collected. We request that all items are collected within 7 days of arrival into store. We require an appointment to be scheduled to collect your items so we can prepare these for you prior to your arrival in store. Should you wish to have your items tried on in store upon collection, we request a 15 minute fitting and collection appointment be arranged.

How will I receive my items when I collect in store or have them delivered?
For in store purchases a light press finish is given to our gowns and garments as part of our complimentary service and you will receive an accompanying keepsake garment bag, presentation box or other form of suitable packaging. Am I able to get a fabric or colour sample?
Unfortunately, we cannot send out individual samples of fabrics. You are welcome to schedule an appointment to visit our boutique where you can personally view all fabrics and colour samples. If you need to colour match to your own fabric and unable to visit the store, you are also welcome to send us a sample of your fabric and we will colour match it for you as best we can.

I have a picture I would like to replicate or use fabric I have purchased previously. Are you able to make items? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service. We work within the parameters of our own fabrics and styles as these have been tried and tested. However, via our ‘Made To Order’ service we may be able to modify some styles with slight pattern changes and variations (subject to an additional surcharge) to suit your individual requirements. 

How does Afterpay work and can I use it in store?
Afterpay is valid for use through our online e-boutique only, please find information including terms and conditions here. At this time, we are unable to offer Afterpay in store, however, for in-store purchases we do offer a Lay-by service. Please see here for further information on Afterpay and In-store Lay-by.
