SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT AT OUR STYLING BOUTIQUE
Please ensure you have an appointment scheduled with us before you visit our boutique as a Stylist will need to assist and guide you through our collections for both browsing and fittings. An appointment is also required for all purchase exchanges and order collections. If you arrive without an appointment we cannot guarantee a Stylist can assist you upon your arrival and you may be asked to return to the boutique at a later time or the next available day.
We appreciate your understanding so that we can create a positive experience for everyone visiting our boutique.
YOUR APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE
When you visit us a Stylist will meet you to guide you through our collections. We will then provide you with a curated selection of options to help you choose the perfect pieces for your little one. Please note, not all styles and sizes featured online are available to preview at the boutique. If there is a particular style or size you are interested in, we recommend you discuss with a Stylist at the time of booking your appointment. Please see our FAQ page here for further information.
We respectfully request you arrive at your correct appointment time. Should you arrive early, we may ask you to return at your designated appointment time. Please note, if you are running late for your appointment it may be necessary to shorten your appointment time.

We understand that selecting an occasion outfit is a special experience for family and friends. However, we kindly request a maximum party of four adults per appointment. If this is not possible and you have a large party needing to attend, please contact us for assistance prior to your appointment time.
Should you need to cancel or change an appointment time, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. A $50.00 Cancellation Fee may apply if less than 24 hours notice is provided.
PHOTOGRAPHY AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please note, we do not allow photography in our boutique prior to placement of an order. If you require an image before making a decision, please ask for assistance.
